More About Rejoicing Spirits
First Church believes that God has created each individual in a unique way. Our theme comes from Psalm 139:14 "I will praise you, for I am fearfully & wonderfully made."
We invite all to attend Rejoicing Spirits, an inclusive praise & worship opportunity designed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disability and their families. Those present are encouraged to participate by shaking their rhythm instruments, singing, sharing a scripture or a prayer.
* Rejoicing Spirits is hosted on the fourth Sunday of each month at 4pm.
* The service is about 45 minutes long.
* Service includes music, scripture, prayer and a brief message.
* Refreshments (including gluten free) and fellowship available after the service.
* Our building is accessible by using the double doors from the parking lot.
