More About Sterling Down & Dirty 5K Fundraiser
The Sterling Down & Dirty 5K is a family-friendly obstacle course race held at Short Beach, Stratford, CT, featuring over 18 obstacles suitable for all fitness levels. Proceeds benefit Sterling Food Pantry, Youth Development & Programs. Participants can enjoy a fun, muddy challenge with options for all ages, with registration options including early bird, regular, and day-of rates.
