This is your invitation to The Greatest Cookie Swap, a festive cookie exchange with structure, sparkle, excellent cookies, and absolutely no holiday awkwardness. Grainbakers handles the setup, cookie check-in, counting, sorting, flow, and cleanup. You bring your best homemade cookies, enjoy a drink, spend a few festive hours with friends, and leave with a beautiful box filled with cookies that feel fair, special, and worth the effort.

Bring 36 homemade cookies made from one recipe. Cookie guidelines will be sent before the event so everyone knows what qualifies.

Check in your 36 cookies with our Great Cookie Swap Santa’s Helpers. They will confirm your cookie count, ensure every entry is homemade and swap-ready.
Get Your Drink Token And Entrance Ticket
Receive your included drink token and your official entrance ticket to the swap zone. Mulled Cider and Mulled Wine (With or without Alcoholic Cheer), Holiday Cocktails, Canyon Club Brewing Beer and Wine available!

What? Why buy a ticket to a cookie swap? 🤣
Because this is not a free-for-all around a folding table. Grainbakers handles the setup, flow, counting, sorting, cookie checking, and cleanup so you can relax and enjoy the event. (We're also adding in so many specialty cookies so everyone is guaranteed to be impressed!) Our Great Cookie Swap Santa’s Helpers will make sure every cookie entering the swap is truly homemade. No Chips Ahoy. No sad grocery store clamshells. No holiday crimes.
Our cookie counters will count the cookies coming in and going out so everyone receives a fair share. You will never have to say, “Gee, Karen, you seem to have 61 cookies over there.”
Devil's Canyon will be open all day. Your ticket will give you access to the Great Cookie Swap Event in the Barrel Room. After that, you're free to enjoy the campus! The bar will be open all day. We expect to have food trucks in the afternoon. Your ticket includes a drink token. Additional drinks will be available for purchase.
Every guest will leave with a Great Cookie Swap signature box. It is beautiful enough to bring home or give as a gift. You're gonna Instagram!

Q: I'm a PRO Baker or Cottage Baker and sell cookies. Can I attend and promote my business? A: YES! We're thrilled to have your talent and expertise! There will be a lovely card with every cookie setup. You can give your name, business and Instagram so people can reach out to you! Promote your business!
Q: Can guests come with ticketed swappers to enjoy cookies? A: YES! Devil's Canyon is HUGE. Plenty of hangout areas and access to drinks will be available for non-participants to wait for you, and then you can dive into your box when you step out of The Swap Zone.
If you typically make cookies for sale and would like to advertise this, you are welcome to put out a 4" x 6" sign with your cookies.

1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-place awards with ribbons will be presented, along with a few specialty categories. Imagine that glory and bragging rights! Our three GCS judges have the HIGHEST standards! It will be competitive!
