Breathe by Brian Petti

U.N.I.T.E.D. Performing Arts Corp, a non-profit organization, presents Breathe by award-winning Hudson Valley playwright Brian C. Petti on Friday, October 23rd at 8pm, Saturday, October 24th at 3pm and 8pm, and Sunday, October 25th at 3pm at M’Lanie Hunter Dance Studio in Chester, NY. Breathe is about an adult autistic woman who, after encountering a clown and a soothsayer at a carnival with her caretaker father, wakes up the next morning without autism. The play explores the nature of parenthood, and the push and pull of caring for a child as they grow and change beyond the control and safety of parental expectation.
