More About Intro to (Recycled) Paper Quilling at Lake Station-New Chicago Branch Library
Come join the Lake County Solid Waste Management District and learn the art of paper quilling! Paper Quilling is a craft which uses long, thin strips of paper to create filigree, which can be incorporated into collages or stand alone in stationary art pieces or cards. Educators at LCSWMD will guide participants into making several basic shapes and starting a new project.
