More About Coping Tools for Anxiety

Anxiety during pregnancy and postpartum is common—and support is available.
Through this collaborative program between the Northwest Indiana Center for Maternal Wellness and Nurse-Family Partnership, moms will learn practical, evidence-informed strategies for recognizing and managing anxiety in everyday life.
Topics will include understanding the body's stress response, healthy coping skills, grounding techniques, self-care practices, and knowing when and how to seek additional support.
Our goal is to help every mom feel more confident, connected, and equipped with tools that promote emotional well-being for both herself and her family.
