More About Negroni Week at ADRIFT Mare
ADRIFT Mare, located inside Brickell Arch Hotel, will celebrate Negroni Week from September 21–27 with its take on the timeless Italian cocktail.
Throughout the week, guests can enjoy The Negroni ($16), made with Campari, gin and sweet vermouth. A portion of proceeds from each cocktail sold will benefit Slow Food, supporting the organization’s mission to foster a more equitable and sustainable world of food and beverage.
