ADRIFT Mare at Brickell Arch Hotel presents Chapter 2: Baja Med of its intimate Chef’s Table Series, led by Chef Juan Carlos Lavalle and limited to just 10 guests per seating.
Inspired by Chef Lavalle’s Spanish roots and Mexican upbringing, the taco-driven tasting menu blends Mediterranean and Mexican flavors. Highlights include Octopus Carnitas with almond romesco, Harissa Fish Tacos, Chicken Shawarma Tacos, Slow-Cooked Lamb in Banana Leaves, and a Baklava Taco for dessert, alongside curated beverage pairings.
