More About Munster Lions Club Oktoberfest
Please join the Munster Lions as we come together to celebrate and serve our community!
This event will take the place of our annual Steak & Chicken Grill, which was canceled due to last month’s storms. We’re excited to bring everyone together for an afternoon of food, fun, and community. There will be Beer, Brats, and so much more!
🍺 All ages are welcome, with a designated beer garden for adults.
🎟️ Tickets will be available at the door.
❤️ A portion of the proceeds will be donated to local disaster relief.
We hope to see you October 10th from 2–6 PM at the Munster Social Center!

More About Munster Lions Club
The Munster Lions Club was chartered on January 12, 1938, becoming part of Lions Clubs International (LCI)—the world’s largest service club organization, founded in 1917 with the motto “We Serve.” As a local chapter within Lions International, the club continues the global mission of community service, particularly in support of vision care, health, youth, and humanitarian causes.

The Munster Lions Club is active in a variety of service and fundraising activities that benefit Town of Munster community.
🥞 Community Fundraisers
The club holds annual events such as its Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser, which supports multiple service projects each year. And the Steak & Chicken Grill bringing residents together also raising funds for Munster community.
👀 Vision and Health Service
The club participates in vision and hearing screenings (for children and adults) at community events and fundraisers, supporting Lions International’s long-standing focus on sight conservation. They also encourage community members to donate eyeglasses and hearing aids for recycling and redistribution to those in need.
