Beat the winter blues with a knotty, twisted and fun workshop! Grainbakers is bringing our soft pretzel class to Canyon Club Brewery in Danville. This is one of our favorite venues.

A new dough cutter and bench scraper
VIP / FAQ:
This 90 minute class prepares you to make big batches of pretzels at home. Grab a cold pint from the Canyon Club taps and enjoy! (Recommended!)
These are whole grain pretzels. We use some very special caramel malted brewer's grain.
Grainbakers teaches an advanced version of the baking soda method using sodium carbonate. We do not teach the lye method.
Ticket does not include food or drinks.
You may purchase extra frozen dough for 8 to 12 pretzels to take home for $10.
Please wear comfortable, closed toe shoes.
Kids 14 and up with a ticket and a parent with a ticket may participate. Kids Policy
