More About A Soldier’s Tale
Combining narration, theater, and chamber music, Stravinsky's A Soldier's Tale tells the story of a soldier who trades his violin to the devil in exchange for fortune. Driven by rhythmic intensity and vivid musical character, the work blends storytelling, drama, and instrumental virtuosity into a uniquely compelling experience unlike anything else in the season.
