More About Fête-Dieu du Teche
This is our mission. Lafayette’s second bishop, Bishop Maurice Schexnayder once predicted, “The waters of the Teche will be drained to the ground before the people of Acadiana lose their Catholic Faith.” Fête-Dieu du Teche serves as a reminder to our community: To be Cajun is to be Catholic!
