Vendor Requirements
To ensure a safe, polished, and festive holiday market experience, all vendors must meet the following requirements:
Tent: Provide your own 10' x 10' tent with appropriate weights to secure it safely.
Tables and Chairs: Vendors must supply their own tables and chairs.
Booth Lighting: All vendors MUST provide lighting for their booth to help create a warm, inviting holiday shopping atmosphere. Battery-operated lighting and other options that do not require a generator are encouraged.
No Generators: Generators are not permitted. Vendors must provide their own booth lighting without the use of a generator. We will not provide electricity.
Holiday Atmosphere: Vendors are encouraged to incorporate festive décor and creative displays to help create a magical holiday market experience for shoppers.
Important Registration & Refund Policy
Vendor spaces are limited, and registration is subject to availability. This event is RAIN OR SHINE. The event will not proceed during weather warnings and will follow Town of Matthews lead.
No refunds will be issued after November 24. Please plan accordingly before completing your registration.
