Thanksgiving Buffet at Hemispheres at Camelback Resort

Camelback Resort in Tannersville will serve a Thanksgiving buffet at Hemispheres, featuring traditional holiday dishes alongside seafood, pasta, salads and desserts. The buffet will include a selection of composed salads, a salad bar, meat and cheese displays, fresh fruit and vegetables, and shrimp cocktail. Soup selections will include butternut squash and chicken noodle, while small bites will range from beef Wellington and arancini to cauliflower wings and boneless chicken bites. A pasta station will offer tortellini and cavatappi with Alfredo, vodka and marinara sauces. At the carving station, guests can choose prime rib and herb-roasted turkey. Additional entrees will include Parmesan-Crusted Salmon with pomegranate-rosemary glaze, Butternut Squash Lasagna, Pot Roast in Gravy, Honey-Glazed Ham and Braised Pork Chops. Sides will include garlic mashed potatoes, candied yams with marshmallows and green bean casserole. The buffet will also feature a dedicated gluten-free station with grilled chicken Florentine and accompaniments, as well as a children’s station with cheeseburger sliders, chicken tenders and cheese pizza. Desserts will include pumpkin panna cotta, raspberry panna cotta, assorted fruit tarts, and apple, pumpkin and rhubarb pies.

The Thanksgiving buffet is $54.99 for adults and $24.99 for children, excluding tax and gratuity.
