Thanksgiving Dinner To-Go from Blue Mountain Resort

Blue Mountain Resort in Palmerton is offering a Thanksgiving dinner to-go through Slopeside Pub & Grill for those planning to celebrate at home. The ready-to-heat meal serves four to six people and includes a choice of turkey breast or sliced ham, accompanied by rolls, cranberry sauce, gravy and maple butter. Guests can select four sides from options including maple-glazed carrots, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, baked macaroni and cheese, candied potatoes with marshmallows, green bean casserole, French bread stuffing, and fire-roasted corn with poblanos. Apple cobbler and pumpkin pie round out the meal.

The Thanksgiving dinner package is $180 and serves four to six people. Items are also available a la carte.
