Mango Club Dinner at Fairchild

Celebrate the grand finale of South Florida's mango season with Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden and Ortanique during an exclusive one-night-only dining experience. Executive Chef Cindy Hutson presents a mango-inspired multi-course menu featuring freshly harvested mangos from The Fairchild Farm, one of the world's largest and most diverse living mango collections. Guests will enjoy seasonal dishes paired with handcrafted cocktails and Winebow wine pairings while learning about the unique mango varieties featured throughout the evening. For the first time, attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase Fairchild Farm mangos to take home. Proceeds support Fairchild's Tropical Fruit Program and the Million Mangos Project, which aims to plant one million mango trees across South Florida.
