More About Reflecting on the Yalta Conference: Success or Failure? (FPL Main)
Join us as we discuss the Yalta Conference and address some fundamental questions about the meeting of the “Big Three” (Churchill, Roosevelt and Stalin). We will cover why the Yalta Conference was called, the goals the three leaders hoped to achieve and the Conference, and an evaluation of whether the Conference achieved those goals. We will also reflect on how the death of President Franklin Roosevelt changed the political landscape following the Yalta meeting.
