On Sunday, June 28th at 3:00pm, Off Pitt Street Theater Company will be holding their “First Read” for their next edition of Atomic Radio: “DYSTOPIA.”
Atomic Radio is a live performance where actors present stories through dramatic reading, costumes, lights, and Foley sound engineering—like the widely popular radio shows of the 1940’s and 50’s.
This installment will include two Science Fiction tales that will transport the audience out of this world. No memorization is required. There are only three mandatory rehearsals and TWO show dates (July 17th and 18th at 7pm).
This is the perfect opportunity for a curious person with a busy schedule.
Parts are available for AGES 8 and UP. (The only technical requirements are reading fluency and a dynamic voice).
