✨ CURRENT OPENINGS:

👁️ Surgery Scheduler Coordinator
• Coordinate pre-op, post-op, and surgery scheduling
• Act as a liaison between patients, physicians, and surgical facilities
• Assist with documentation, testing, and patient education

👁️ Ophthalmic Medical Assistant
• Assist with patient workups and care needs
• Triage patient calls, prescription refills, referrals, prior authorizations, and scribing duties
• Excellent opportunity for someone who wants to become trained and grow within the practice

🎓 Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Surgery scheduling experience preferred for Surgery Scheduler Coordinator
• Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) or Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) preferred for Ophthalmic Medical Assistant
• Willing to train and educate the right candidate to achieve certification
