More About THE MEETINGHOUSE: Zen Meditation - Second Saturday of every month
The Meetinghouse will offer its next Zen Meditation (‘Zazen’) session as a key element of the Health and Wellness initiative, one of the main pillars of the Meetinghouse’s range of offerings.
The session will be led by Robert Beckett, a good friend of The Meetinghouse and an experienced leader of Zen meditation programs. These sessions will happen on the Second Saturday of the month.
