More About A Bad Case of Stripes
A wildly imaginative musical adaptation of David Shannon’s beloved picture book A Bad Case of Stripes splashes onto the stage at TYKEs (Theatre Young Kids Enjoy) April 11 to 19 — two weekends only. This high-energy production follows Camilla Cream, the new girl in school who secretly loves lima beans but worries that revealing this will make her seem different. The more she tries to fit in with everyone else’s expectations, the more outrageous and colorful her condition becomes. Filled with humor, music, and a heartfelt message, A Bad Case of Stripes celebrates individuality and reminds audiences of all ages that embracing your true colors is the key to happiness.
Performed by adult professional actors, the show is ideal for kids ages four and up. Performances:
