Adult Ballet - Intermediary level.

Class starts with 10-15 minutes core exercises proceeding to the barre exercises and ending with center combinations.

Classes can vary on difficulty depending on the ability of the participants.

Classes meet Tuesday/ Wednesday & Fridays every week.
