Foley, Ala. (April 3, 2024) – Earth Day is April 22, and Tanger Outlets Foley plans to celebrate with a community tree planting in partnership with City of Foley Leisure Services at 10 a.m. Trees play a vital role in producing oxygen, improving air quality, reducing waste and pollution, conserving water and supporting wildlife, among other benefits. Tanger’s dedication to planting trees in the communities it serves represents just one step in the company’s environmental commitment and sustainability goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2050.
