Mindfulness for Moms

Join the Northwest Indiana Center for Maternal Wellness and Nurse-Family Partnership for a calming and restorative workshop focused on mindfulness and emotional wellness.
Motherhood often leaves little time to slow down and care for yourself. During this session, participants will learn simple mindfulness practices, breathing techniques, and grounding exercises that can help reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and increase emotional resilience.
This workshop is designed for moms at any stage of pregnancy or postpartum and requires no previous experience with mindfulness or meditation.
