More About Intro to (Recycled) Paper Quilling at Hobart Branch Library
Paper Quilling is a craft which uses long, thin strips of paper to create filigree, which can be incorporated into collages or stand alone in stationary art pieces or cards. Educators from the Lake County Solid Waste Management District (LCSWMD) will guide participants into making several basic shapes and starting a new project.
