More About Kindergarten Readiness Workshop
Mental Health America NWI provides a FREE Kindergarten Readiness Workshop for East Chicago Resident Workshop through a program called Ready to Soar.
During workshops, parents and their children will have the opportunity to practice core readiness skills through developmentally appropriate activities while building independence in a classroom setting. Parents will receive information on kindergarten readiness, parent involvement opportunities, and will be provided resources and information to help with beginning planning for their child’s academic career through college.
