More About Summer Solstice Yoga
Celebrate the official start of summer with sun salutations and more! Join Ayurveda-inspired Yoga Instructor Kim Scott Sowinski, 500 RYT, for an all levels summer solstice yoga practice outdoors at Hines Hill Campus. Enjoy a dosha-balancing cooling practice in a natural setting, followed by refreshments and socializing with your yoga community. Suitable for ages 14 and up, all fitness levels welcome.
