More About Sourdough Basics & Fermentation Workshop

Join us to unlock the secret of naturally fermented bread with this beginner-friendly workshop.

Participants will learn the science of sourdough fermentation, the health benefits of natural fermentation, how to make your own starter from scratch, and sourdough baking basics and tasting.

The workshop will be held at Purdue Extension’s Lake County office located at 2291 N. Main St., Crown Point, IN. The registration fee is $30 per person.
