More About Out Loud Artistry
OLA maintains a corp. of teaching and performing artists who help to carry out the organization’s mission. OLA just completed the seventh summer of Camp SLAM! in Memphis, the first in San Antonio, TX, and the first 6-week summer program in Homestead, FL. Additionally, we have completed 12 seasons of performance for the adult dance theater company. Our summer programs service well over 300 youth, our performance companies reach over 2500 viewers annually, and the requests for our summer performing arts program continues to grow.
Our performers range from amateur to professional. Many of our alumni have been successful in living out their dreams. They have graduated high school and gone onto college, entered the professional world of work, attained success in the commercial industry, enrolled in law school, and a host of other endeavors. Our members perform at school residencies, public and school performances and community partnerships with human service organizations and community centers.
