More About 2nd Street Festival
Every year, thousands gather in Jackson Ward to reflect on the legacy of 2nd Street Festival —a historic epicenter of Black entrepreneurship, arts, and culture known as “the Harlem of the South.” This free two-day festival features live music on three stages, including DJ Jazzy Jeff and Plunky & Oneness, along with Kidz Zone, local food vendors, an antique car show, and artisan marketplace. Join the community celebration in Jackson Ward on October 3-4.
