More About Acadian Home Builders Association's 62nd Parade of Homes
The Acadian Home Builders Association (AHBA) is proud to present the 62nd Annual Parade of Homes, which showcases the latest in home design. The Parade of Homes is back for two weekends of open houses, Saturday and Sunday, April 13-14 and April 20-21, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. This year’s Parade of Homes features over 35 homes by 27 local builders.
Houses included in the Parade exhibit the hottest trends in architecture, floor layout, building materials, landscape architecture, appliances and more. Some homes are also furnished by local interior designers in a wide range of styles. Square footage and prices range from starter homes to larger estates.
“The Parade of Homes is a celebration of craftsmanship, innovation, and the vibrant communities we build together. Each home showcased represents the dedication and passion of our member builders, architects, and designers,” says Mike Munnerlyn, 2024 Parade of Homes Chair. “As you tour these remarkable properties, I encourage you to envision the possibilities and the dreams that can be realized within these walls. Thank you for joining us on this journey of inspiration and excellence.”

The app features a full list of homes, maps, and directions, a range of prices, builder contacts, sponsors, and the ability to view homes online.
Tickets are $15 each.
