Long-time friends and collaborators Emily Mann and Wila Frank, known together as Paper Wings, craft warm, pastoral folk songs inspired by wandering through forests and open landscapes. Their delicate banjo and spellbinding harmonies evoke nostalgia and introspection, transporting listeners to tranquil, expansive settings. With roots in California and Oregon, they met as fiddle players and have since toured and recorded together, blending traditional American folk sounds with their own heartfelt style.
