Shots for Tots - Community Health Center of WCCH

Shots for Tots is a low-cost immunization program for children from 6 weeks to 18 years old who are uninsured, underinsured, have Medicaid, or are American Indian/Alaskan Native. The clinics are held several times a month at two locations in Sulphur, LA. The cost is $10 per person, payable by cash or check, with appointments required.
