More About Pilates on the Plaza
This weekly outdoor Pilates class at Cascade Plaza offers an hour-long session led by certified instructors Brian or Suzanne from PilatiBarre. Open to all skill levels, it provides a relaxing way to improve flexibility, strengthen your mind-body connection, and enjoy the fresh air. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or towel and must agree to a liability waiver. Refreshments are available for purchase at The Shed.
