And I know what it's like to have surgery after surgery after surgery, only to find yourself right back where you started: unable to walk without pain; unable to use your hands without pain; unable to do anything without pain.

I'm Stefanie, and I'm a Rheumatoid Arthritis warrior. Having RA doesn't define me—I define it. And being a professional RA Coach with 15 years of medical and seven years of teaching experience gives me the expertise and experience to get you to a place where you are free of pain and able to live your best life. I am so passionate about helping people with Rheumatoid Arthritis because I know what it's like to lose hope when you've tried everything possible, and nothing has worked. I want to give you the hope and tools you need to get your life back. So, get ready to fight back! The good news is that you don't have to do it alone—I'm here to help. I will be your coach and cheerleader every step of the way.
