Eastover is a retreat center sitting on a 600 acre sanctuary located minutes from downtown Lenox, Tanglewood Music Center, Shakespeare & Co., and other cultural venues in the Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts. Dedicated primarily to the holistic community - holding many Qigong, Taichi, Yoga and Chinese Medicine retreats annually, we offer spacious workshop and program rooms with multiple meeting and studio facilities for teachers, groups, corporate training and retreats. The mansion estate is designed around an evocative “Summer Cottage” and immerses you in a contemplative, holistic environment from the moment you enter its grounds - from its courtyards and terraces overlooking English and Japanese gardens, to its sun-drenched Terrace Café, inviting mix of manicured greens, meadows, woodland trails and breathtaking views of the Berkshire Mountains. Eastover offers a wide variety of spacious and comfortable overnight accommodations for individual Berkshire visitors as well as groups, that fit any budget - from rustic, to luxurious.

Tally Ho is our entertainment venue, an iconic gathering place loved for decades by people from the Berkshires and beyond. It is the largest indoor space in all of Berkshire County that is suitable for receptions, weddings, performances, workshops, lectures and corporate retreats. Newly renovated, it's equipped with a full kitchen, bar, state-of-the-art sound system and theatrical lighting. Upstairs it has overnight accommodations, including two dormitories.

Holding a corporate retreat at Eastover conveniently distances your staff - both figuratively and literally, from day-to-day distractions and allows for an ideal setting to conduct lectures, strategic planning and the like, all in an environment of tranquility and reflection. Being distinctly unique in style from a conventional hotel or conference center, on the Eastover grounds are five separate buildings, each with comfortable New England cottage-style rooms with "simple elegance" and varying amenities. We have a beautiful heated indoor pool, sauna, massage facilities, qigong, yoga and mindfulness meditation classes. Fresh fruit, coffee, tea and a cold breakfast is included with your stay; a la carte hot meals can be ordered as well.

Eastover is unaffiliated with any specific spiritual tradition and its eclectic, open-hearted receptivity aims to support the continuing emergence of holistic and ecological ideas capable of leading the way to conscious living and a sustainable planet.

Our mission has been to implement a socially responsible business model, keeping our land in its natural state, as an oasis for many generations to visit and take refuge in. We've built a state-of-the-art greenhouse water reclamation plant (available for touring) and have installed LED lights powered by solar & wind turbines. Additionally, our organic garden serves as a source for our delicious meals.
