a healthy cooking demonstration

tips for picky eaters
easy ways to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your meals
how to spot and reduce sneaky added sugars
Due to funding requirements, this program is limited to Lake County Indiana residents who are lawfully present in the United States.
This program is intended for adults, age 18 and older.
