More About CES Flavor Lab Teaching Kitchen: Appalachia

Enjoy an immersive culinary experience led by professionally trained chefs as part of the CES International Flavors series.

Participants will prepare an assortment of Appalachian favorites including cornbread, butter beans and chow-chow. Simple yet flavorful, traditional yet fun to make, these classic dishes showcase the comfort and hospitality of Appalachian cuisine.

Presented in partnership with Bobcat Dining.

CES is supported in part by the Maryland State Arts Council (msac.org) and receives financial support from the Allegany Arts Council and the City of Frostburg.
