More About 2-Day Homebuyer Webinar
Central Jersey Housing Resource Center (CJHRC) is a HUD certified housing counseling agency offering a FREE 5.75 hour Homebuyer Education Webinar, held over two consecutive days: June 2 and June 4, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 8:15 PM. Attendees must participate on both days to receive a Homebuyer Education Certificate.
The webinar details the steps needed to purchase a home and industry experts present the information. After all requirements are met, attendees can obtain a certificate that is valid for 12-months at time of issuance. The certificate is important because many down payment & closing cost grants require a homebuyer education certificate from a HUD certified agency and many lenders require this type of education, which can help potential homebuyers obtain a low interest rate.
