More About Oldtown Summerfest
The annual festival, now in its 24th year, will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024, on the grounds of the former Oldtown School located at 19210 Opessa Street, SE. The festival blends the history of Oldtown, founded by Thomas Cresap in 1741, with many family-oriented activites, attractions and entertainment. The event is FREE to the public and organized solely by volunteers. The Firemen's Parade will be at 11:00AM, with the festival opening at Noon until 8:00PM. Following the festival on Sunday, June 30th, you are invited to attend the Oldtown Summerfest Community Worship Service, located at the main event tent.
