More About Dance, Fitness and Pickleball Classes in Mettrowest

Come move, get fit and have fun at Keefe at Night. We offer Line Dancing, Ballroom, Swing and Belly Dancing classes. Looking for some fitness/exercise classes? We've got those too: Quick Fit Circuit Training, Gentle Stretch, Pilates, Yogalates and Water Aerobics.

Water Aerobics classes take place at the Longfellow Health Club in Natick.

Did we mention Pickleball? Classes take place at the Longfellow Tennis and Health Club in Wayland.
