More About Mom Chat: Pregnancy and Postpartum Peer Support

Motherhood comes with incredible joys—and real challenges. Through a partnership between the Northwest Indiana Center for Maternal Wellness and Nurse-Family Partnership, this monthly peer support group provides a welcoming space where NFP moms can connect with one another, share experiences, and receive encouragement from women who understand the journey.
Together we'll talk about the realities of pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, relationships, self-care, and emotional wellness while building community and reducing isolation.
No matter where you are in your motherhood journey, you are welcome here
