More About Allegany National Photography Competition & Exhibition | Closing Reception and Vision & Verse
The Vision and Verse competition, sponsored by the Allegany Arts Council, seeks to explore the intersection between image and text: photography and poetry. Submissions must be based on photographs exhibited at the 12th annual Allegany National Photography Competition and Exhibition (ANPCE) show, which opens Saturday, April 18, 2026, at the Allegany Museum in Cumberland, Maryland.
The competition’s award ceremony will be held on April 25th, 2026, in the Allegany Museum, located in Cumberland, MD.
This is free to attend.
Light refreshments will be provided (hors d’oeuvres and beverages).
