More About Edina Police Department Open House
Join the Edina Police Department for our annual Open House! This free, family-friendly event is a chance to meet the officers who serve Edina, explore Police Department equipment and enjoy plenty of activities, including:
- Inflatables
- Officer dunk tank
- Jail Tours (Spanish interpreters available)
- Free barber haircuts
- Seat belt convincer from the Office of Traffic Safety
- Boxing demonstrations by Circle of Discipline
- Free hot dogs and chips
Pretty Great Cake Shakes food truck will be on site with ice cream treats available for purchase.
Attendees can also meet members of EPD’s bike patrol, motorcycle unit, K-9 unit and drone team. You’ll also get to connect with the Edina Fire Department, Bloomington Bomb Squad, Hennepin County Joint Community Police Partnership, Minnesota State Patrol, Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office and Water Patrol, and more!
Parking will be available in the north section of the City Hall parking lot and at Edina Executive Plaza, 5200 Willson Road.
