Our technicians are equipped with all the tools necessary to be rock stars, and excel at solving residential service issues. The Harrison process involves performing an on-site electrical assessment, providing available options to solve the homeowner’s issues, explaining the pros and cons of those options, then performing the approved solution either on the spot or according to an agreed upon schedule. No hard sales, no seasonal work swings.
Responsibilities Include:
• Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or install new systems
• Communicating and educating customers of available options
• Installing electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment
• Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, circuit-breaker panels etc.)
• Connect wiring in electrical circuits ensuring compatibility of components
Requirements
• Valid Journeyworker or Master electrician license in any of the state(s) of: MN, ND, SD, WY, NE, MT, IA, AR, or AK
• Proven experience as an electrician
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Communication and customer service skills
