Today, the property is now owned by the McDaniel-Tichenor House, Inc., a non-profit organization for historic preservation of this landmark in Walton County. It serves to operate as a memorial to the McDaniel and Tichenor families as a benefit for the community through public and private events. We work with many other non-profit organizations during the year to offer community events such as the Easter Egg Hunt, Princess and Diva Camps, Governor’s Holiday Gala and Wine Dinner at the Mansion. As a special event venue, we are the perfect setting for your small or large event. There are many amenities this beautiful treasure offers for your special day or special occasion such as a caterer friendly kitchen, dressing suites, qualified staff on site, vendor referrals and rental packages for your needs.
