Self Defense Course
This two-hour course is led by the City of Monroe Police Department. It includes a presentation on situational and safety awareness, a Q&A session, followed by self-defense training in various scenarios and technique practice on the mat.
Wear comfortable clothing, tennis shoes, and bring a water bottle. Registration is required. Choose from two dates.
Date: Saturday, May 2, 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., or Wednesday, May 6, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Cost: $10
Age: Members 14 and up
