CVYO's mission is:"To Inspire Youth Through Music"
CVYO is home to three levels of orchestras, a brass quintet and percussion ensemble. 250 students ranging from ages 5-21.Rehearsals in Westlake Village, CA, performances at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza.
CVYO was selected by the Ventura County Arts Council for the Arts Stars Award-Nonprofit organization serving the community.
In 2018, CVYO was selected as "Artist of the Year" by the City of Thousand Oaks Cultural Affairs Commission.
