More About Rooted in Flow: A Qigong Wellness Experience

An immersive wellness experience designed to help guests slow down, reconnect with the body and experience holistic care through movement, mindful nourishment and meaningful community.

Led by Jaylon Carter, Director of the Lotus Health Institute, the Qigong portion of the workshop introduces guests to gentle movement, intentional breathing, relaxation, joint loosening, energy awareness and standing meditation. Jaylon brings more than two decades of experience studying and practicing Qigong and Tai Chi, along with the perspective shaped by having lived in Japan for over a decade. His approach is welcoming to complete beginners while still offering depth for guests already
familiar with mind body practices.

Following Qigong, guests transition into a relaxed social wellness hour with handcrafted herbal teas, thoughtfully prepared light bites and intentional conversation. The atmosphere is designed to be one people want to linger in, not rush out of.

*Ton of Goodness, including our Rooted & Poured culinary offerings, provides the herbal tea, nourishment, and wellness components.
