STONE CLEANING AT WESTWOOD CEMETERY: The Friends of Westwood Cemetery are scheduling summer workshops for safe and nationally accepted no-harm cleaning of cemetery grave stones. Cleanings are held the first Saturday of the month, May to October, 9:30 am to noon. The techniques are easy and supplies are provided. Typically, minimal scrubbing and scraping is required, as well as clean-up from around the stones. Please bring any small gardening tools, gloves, and/or brooms to help remove debris. Please note that all participants will complete a volunteer form which will be provided once you arrive. Cleaning sessions depend on the weather; check our Facebook page for updates. Everyone is welcome. Location is Westwood Cemetery, 455 Morgan St, Oberlin, OH.
